Impact Fees and Ordinances

The ACHD Commission approved a changes to the Impact Fee Ordinance and related Capital Improvements Plan on November 14, 2018. The ordinance covers fees charged to development to help compensate for the new roadway infrastructure needed to promote and accommodate orderly growth and development in Ada County. Ordinance No. 231A took effect on January 1, 2019, and will be replaced by Ordinance No. 246 on October 1, 2020.

For development applications submitted on or after October 1, 2020, use Ordinance 246 to calculate Impact Fees.
