Ada County Highway District to host open house on N. Boise Bike/Pedestrian Plan

Boise – The Ada County Highway District will host an open house tomorrow evening (April 26) to get the public’s opinion on where they would like to see bicycle and pedestrian improvements in North Boise.

The open house will be held at the Boise Senior Center located at 690 N. Robbins Road in Boise from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Guests will be able to give their feedback through interactive maps, allowing people to pinpoint exactly where they would like to see improvements.

Comments taken away from tomorrow night’s event will be evaluated by ACHD and incorporated into the North Boise Bike and Pedestrian Plan. This plan will help identify future projects that ACHD or our agency partners can request to be completed.

People who cannot attend the open house but would still like to participate can do so by using the online commenting map, available at
http://www.achdidaho.org/ . Comments can also be mailed to 3775 Adams Street, Garden City, ID 83714. Comments will be taken until May 12, 2016.
