The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

    A1.     Preliminary Plat       Request for Approval
  On October 3, 2012 the ACHD Commission heard and approved a request to modify the Harris Ranch Specific Area Plan (SP01); ZOA12-00002. That action modified the requirements of the Dallas Harris Estates # 4 preliminary plat; originally approved by ACHD on October 27, 2010. Consistent with the requirements of the October 2012 Commission action, the staff report for Dallas Harris Estates # 4 has been updated to reflect the approved modifications to SP01 and other site specific conditions of approval related to alleys, placement of pressurized irrigation facilities, sidewalks, sidewalk easements, and right-of-way widths. Dallas Harris Estates # 4 is a preliminary plat of 141 residential parcels and 10 common lots on 33.7 acres.
  Location:   The site is located at the intersection of E. Parkcenter Boulevard and Wise Way, in Boise, Idaho.

Dallas Harris Estates is a preliminary plat of 99 residential parcels and 1 common lot on 15.48 acres.
  Location:   The site is located east of the Warm Springs Avenue and Wise Way intersection in Boise, Idaho.

Consistent with the requirements of the October 2012 Commission action, the staff report for Harris Ranch # 11 has been updated to reflect the approved modifications to SP01 and other site specific conditions of approval related to alleys, placement of pressurized irrigation facilities, sidewalks, sidewalk easements, and right-of-way widths. Harris Ranch # 11 is a Preliminary Plat of 162 residential lots and approximately 59,300 square feet of mixed commercial uses on approximately 65.25 acres.
  Location:   The site is located at 3051 S. Wise Way in Boise, Idaho.

  Maintenance Staff is requesting Commission approval for the overages on the Road Salt Purchase. The road salt purchased has exceeded the Deputy Director's signing authority by $7400.00 which is 35% of the Commission approved purchase amount.

  Staff requests Commission approval of Construction Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $2,877.00 and requests a reset change control to allow the baseline for construction to the approved amounts because of the need for S-45T junction box risers due to the designed spacing of these junction boxes.
