Construction Update as of 8/19/19:
Idaho Street, 11th to 13th: Milling operations for the full width of the roadway will start on August 20th. The road will remain open and traffic will be swapped from one side of the road to the other. Paving operations are expected to start August 21st. The road will remain open. Work will continue through the intersection of Idaho Street and 11th Street. This may cause delays at 11th Street. There will be flaggers at Main and Bannock to assist motorists and help redirect traffic as needed in advance of the intersection.
16th Street, State to Jefferson: Milling operations are expected to take place on August 21st. Paving operations are expected to take place on August 22nd.
16th Street, Front to Jefferson: Milling operations are expected to take place August 25th-27th. Paving operations are expected to take place on August 28th-30th.
Manholes on 16th Street will be lowered the week before milling operations begin.

There was a preconstruction conference held on May 7th.
The Ada County Highway District will begin its 2019 Downtown Boise Maintenance which is pavement rehabilitation project. Construction is scheduled to start early May 2019 and run through late September 2019. Work includes repaving, replacing some curb, gutter sidewalk and pedestrian ramps and utility relocation and replacements. Project segments include:
