Construction Update as of 10/18/19:
Idaho Street, 4th to 8th Street: Mill and pave is complete. Striping will start the week of October 13th, temperatures permitting. Manholes will be raised October 9th-10th.
Idaho Street, 13th Street to 16th Street: Milling and paving is currently scheduled for November 4-7, weather dependent.
Main Street, 4th to 8th Street: Mill and pave is complete. Striping will start the week of October 13th, temperatures permitting. Manholes will be raised October 9th-10th.
Main Street, 1st to 4th Street: Mill and pave will now be the week of October 21st, weather permitting. This work was postponed a week due to weather. Concrete placement at 1st/Main Street will be placed the week of October 7th.
15th Street: Ongoing concrete work. New concrete between Main Street and Idaho Street scheduled for the week of October 21. Electrical work from Front Street to Bannock Street. Milling and paving is currently scheduled for November 10-15, weather dependent and pending the completion of CCDC's work.

There was a preconstruction conference held on May 7th.
The Ada County Highway District will begin its 2019 Downtown Boise Maintenance which is pavement rehabilitation project. Construction is scheduled to start early May 2019 and run through late September 2019. Work includes repaving, replacing some curb, gutter sidewalk and pedestrian ramps and utility relocation and replacements. Project segments include:
