ACHD Currently has an Intergovernmental Agreement for Roles and Responsibilities under the NPDES Municipal Stormwater Permit (Agreement) with the Permittees that went into effect on 10/16/2001 and was subsequently updated with supplemental operating guidelines on 10/17/2006. The co-permittees began working on Agreement updates in July 2012. The updated Agreement addresses the new Permit requirements. The Agreement must be signed by all Permittees by 07/01/2013. |
