The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Information and inquiries may be submitted through Tell US

Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

	With this cooperative agreement, ITD will provide ACHD $450,000 to install upgraded signal controllers (Advanced Signal Controllers) at 14 signalized intersections on SH-55.
E.	Interagency Agreement For: Walling Creek Channel and Debris Removal Barber Valley Drive Extension Bridge           Consideration and Approval
	Interagency Agreement between City of Boise and ACHD for City to assume responsibility for debris removal and for the channel to pass 2,200 cfs.

G.	FY2018 Tires and Service Contract MD- 459 Piggyback Purchase Agreement           Consideration and Approval
	Staff recommends the ACHD Commission approve the FY2018 Tires and Service Contract MD-459 Piggyback Purchase Agreement with Les Schwab as bid by the State of Idaho SBO017200705 for FY2018. The estimated annual contract amount is not to exceed $373,000.00
H.	FY2018 Fleet Maintenance Parts MD-456 Piggyback Purchase Agreement           Consideration and Approval
	Staff recommends the ACHD Commission approve and execute the FY2018 Fleet Maintenance Parts MD-456 Piggyback Purchase Agreement with Dyna Parts, dba, NAPA Auto Parts for the Fleet Maintenance Parts contract. The estimated annual contract amount is not to exceed $1,250,500.00.
I.	FY2018 Bulk Fuel Piggyback Purchase Agreement MD-457           Consideration and Approval
	Staff recommends the ACHD Commission approve and the President execute the FY2018 Bulk Fuel Piggyback Purchase Agreement MD-457 with Baird Oil for FY2018. The estimated annual contract amount is not to exceed $775,000.00.
