Warm Springs Neighborhood Projects

As part of the 2024 Residential Capital Maintenance Project, ACHD is designing improvements for several streets in the Warm Springs Avenue area. As part of the street reconstruction, ACHD anticipates making the following improvements. The goal is to stay within the existing street footprint.

  • Remove pavement and repave to provide a smoother roadway surface.
  • Replace existing sidewalk with wider sidewalk.
  • Evaluate traffic calming elements.
  • Upgrade and/or install pedestrian ramps to meet modern standards and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Impacted streets include:

  • Bacon Drive, Hot Springs Drive to Hillview Drive
  • Hot Springs Drive, Warm Springs Avenue to Bacon Drive
  • Hillview Drive, Hot Springs Drive to Bacon Drive
  • Brookdale Drive, Hot Springs Drive to Hillview Drive
  • Riverview Drive

The following streets will only be rehabilitated to improve pavement conditions:

  • Mobley Drive, Warm Springs Avenue to Coston Street
  • Jefferson Street, Coston Street to Mobley Drive
  • Jantoni Drive, Jefferson Street to Mobley Drive

After further evaluation is completed, ACHD will reach out to the neighborhood to gather feedback on the upcoming changes.

Construction is anticipated for 2024.
