Fairview Ave./Grove St./Main St./17th St. Pedestrian Project

General Description:
The Ada County Highway District will begin construction to improve pedestrian facilities where the intersections of Fairview Avenue, Grove Street, Main Street and 17th Street converge. Improvements will include:

• APS (Accessible Pedestrian Signals)
• RRFB (Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon) Signals near Main Street
• Pedestrian ramp installation/improvements to comply with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Standards
• Concrete sidewalk rehabilitation

This project was requested by the ADA Committee to help improve pedestrian safety and connectivity.
