Construction Update as of April 29, 2022: Preconstruction meeting was held April 4th. NTP is scheduled for June 6th Segments include: Victory Road, Black Cat Road to Ten Mile Road - Amity Road, Meridian Road to Locust Grove Road.
Construction Update as of May 24, 2021: Phase 3 west lane paving is now complete. Phase 3 east side started on May 19th and is anticipated to be complete early June.
Past Construction Updates:
On May 7th, crews will begin working on Phase 2. Excavation is ongoing and paving is anticipated for May 7th, schedule subject to change.
On Saturday, April 17th, there will be a traffic swap moving the project into Phase 2. Crews will begin milling the northbound lane on Monday, April 19th. Phase 2 is expected to take approximately 3 weeks, weather permitting.
Southbound lane is being excavated. Jersey barrier is in place for safety.
There was a preconstruction meeting on March 11th. Notice to proceed is March 25th. Work on Phase 1 has begun.
This project will have 4 phases and 4 segments. Two phases on the northern half and two on the southern half. Half the road will be built at a time for each phase. Phase 1 and 2 are on the south portion of the road where the traffic will be controlled by a signal. Phases 3 and 4 will be on the northern half with flaggers.

General Description:
This spring the Ada County Highway District will begin work on the 2021 Arterial and Collector Capital Maintenance project. This is a pavement rehabilitation project. Crews will be reconstructing Pleasant Valley Road from Amyx Lane to Hollilynn Drive as part of ACHD's Pavement Management Program.
