Contractors, vendors, and firms are invited to participate in procurements for public works construction, goods, or services advertised by ACHD. ACHD's solicitations include information about the scope of work, specifications, and terms and conditions for the project.

ACHD uses a fully automated, web-based electronic bidding and vendor management system called OpenGov. OpenGov is free to all applicants and bidders. Our online portal streamlines the procurement process for everyone by:

  • Facilitating free and easy signup for new contractors, vendors, and firms
  • Centralizing ACHD's procurement opportunities and corresponding information
  • Ensuring complete and accurate bid submissions
  • Allowing full transparency of questions and answers between ACHD and potential bidders
  • Automatic notification of future opportunities for interested bidders

Online Portal

To use the e-portal's many features, sign up for an account through OpenGov Procurement.

  1. Enter the email address you wish to be used for your account in the "Sign up with just an Email" form.
  2. Click the "Sign Up" button, and OpenGov will send you an email confirmation to activate your account.
  3. Subscribe to Ada County Highway District to get notifications of future opportunities.
